Mx Unleashed Soundtrack List Of Songs

Wrote:I don't even know why they bother adding a soundtrack to the game. Honestly that's money they could save and put towards other things. MX Unleashed has a vast array of audio from the sound of an engine accelerating, to the licenced list of songs available in the soundtrack.

Their reply was 'Done'.I just don't see why they bother. Both the PS4 and Xbox One have the Spotify App that you can download and listen to any type of music you want while you play. That combine with the in-game soundtrack that becomes stale after hearing the same songs over and over again is pointless in my opinion. The money should be put towards other things.I rarely listen to the music they include in the game because most of the time it's not what I'm into.

I don't want that shit.I just wish they would keep up with the times. Wrote:I don't even know why they bother adding a soundtrack to the game.

All the Tony Hawk games had epic soundtracks that really opened me up to whole genres and bands I wouldn't never thought or learned about.Although now it is easier to hear new music just through Spotify or something so I dunno. I just think about cranking up Spoon Man or Alien Ant Farm in ATV Off-road Fury, or Trust Company in MX Unleashed and how much I loved playing those songs over and over when I was young, haha.Years ago it made sense to include a soundtrack in a game but nowadays like I mentioned it's unnecessary because there's other ways to listen to music while you play. The Spotify app on console is really handy for that.

So simple you don't even have to leave your game. That's why I mentioned I wished they kept up with the times. Personally I don't play with music but in the odd time that I do want music the Spotify app takes care of that.Just think it's resources they could save and put towards the development of the game.I've played games where I've literally only kept a handfull of songs turned on because I can't stand the other ones. Listening to the same 5 songs on repeat for hours on end gets old real quick. So far they've released 2 songs instead of some gameplay footage. This is suppose to be a racing game not Guitar Hero/Rock Band. I couldn't care less about the music and I know I'm not the only one that feels that way. As I said earlier in this post. MVA have their own agenda and they are pretty much going to do what they want to do.

But you are right. It makes very little sense to follow up what is probably the best announcement of a SX game ever with.this. But like I said.they do what they want. And nothing really changes their mind. I don't agree with it at all or a lot of what this team does but hey, if you believe in what you are doing there is nothing wrong with sticking to your guns.

But to me, I'm like saying wtf are they doing right now? It just comes across almost like they are doing everything BUT what the fans want.I've been playing MX games since 1998. I've ALWAYS cut the music off. Let's see, one company pushes music first when everyone wants to see some game play and the other releases game play plus focuses on 100% authenticity of the sport and has the official voice of Monster Energy Supercross in their game as their focal point for sound. I mean, this is a no brainer especially to someone like myself who loves commentary (or at least pre/post race commentary.something I have suggested to MVA for years) and has wanted it back in since we last had it with Art and David in EA Supercross and EA Supercross 2000.And before someone calls me out as being a complete Milestone fanboy.which with the announcement of Monster Energy Supercross I guess I am now.let me share something with you.

I've always been let down by MVA's lack of authenticity and lack of desire to replicate the sport as an official licensed series, authentically. But with that being said, I want all MX games to be good. I support all MX games.

And though I don't play Encore, I have spent plenty of money on the game and supported them to the fullest financially. And I have tried quite a bit to help that particular franchise. And I don't just mean posting on forums, which hey, is VERY important. It's funny.

I've probably conversed in a hundred emails or more with one of the higher ups at Nordic since the actual week they acquired the THQ IP and MVA franchise. I actually, with the individual's permission, gave the higher up at Nordic several of the emails of the old Rainbow team so he could contact them to ask if interested in getting back together to re-start the MVA franchise. This was all, obviously, way before they got the team together. This led to that. Some, like Chris and Elliot, had other things they were committed to and thus didn't come on board. But others did. This was days after acquiring the franchise.

I reached out to him to thank him for buying MVA and asked how I could help and it went from there. I sent him pages of ideas early on as well as MX contacts to reach out to and to contact when the game was first being announced (MVA Supercross). They had the gaming contacts but didn't have the MX contacts. Vital and Racer X were first on list as well as Pulp. I had worked previously a bit in the gaming industry with Treyarch on NHL2K2 and NHL2K3 in a more specific capacity so gaming is a passion of mine and especially MX gaming.I still speak with him quite frequently, even as recent as when All Out was announced. I have shared my concerns, my desires to get the full license, etc. He knew I wouldn't be happy with what they released with Supercross but they felt that was the way to go.

And the guy is super cool and totally professional. But it just seems, as I said, that they have their own agenda.Sure, they did do the replica track DLC which was cool. Unfortunately, it was on their worst game in years. Well, I would obviously put Reflex and Alive as being far superior games.

But that was still cool they got the replicas. But not getting the SX license and saying it couldn't be done and then Milestone doing it ALL right.well, that just really makes MVA look like they didn't try very hard. It's politics, but they had the connection with Feld but failed to make it happen, no pun intended.

Like I said, you never know why things do or don't happen.Maybe All Out will be good. I think it will be an improvement but with the competition releasing a game I have been asking for for 20 years and seem to nail everything I want in a licensed game.well, let's just say I'm not really waiting for All Out nearly much anymore. I pre-ordered.I'll support but it's not the game I've been waiting for forever while the other appears to be.Nonetheless, I wish them the best. Yeah, I'm having a heart attack over Monster Energy Supercross but that's me. That game is everything I want in a SX game and that will be MY game, for sure. Other's prefer different things so it's good to have more than one game around and glad we do have 3 MX/SX series on consoles now as well as a few for PC.But man, it really is hard to understand their logic sometimes.

You havnt even seen a single gameplay from the new game yet. Quite the pessimist eh?I'm what some would call a gaming nerd.

I know just about everything there is to know about games. And what I do know is that Nordic/Rainbow/THQ (whatever you want to call them) just aren't very good in comparison to other developers. If you don't believe me go back and play untamed, reflex, alive, and supercross. All of those games are severely lacking in quality. Nothing more than a cash grab if you ask me. Not too many companies making moto games to even compare them to. I've messaged them to please release some sx info on game but they have the release info planned out evidently and aren't gonna change it. I wish they had an official licensed game but if game play is good it still could be a great game. They've heard mostly negative feedback on Supercross game so they should know what needs fixed. I guess we'll see I'm stoked to have multiple companies making mx, sx games they should both want to be the best giving us different but good games. I'm like most ill buy both regardless.

Wrote:Is anyone worried(or maybe stoked) that milestone s gonna put THQ/Nordic/rainbow studios out of business with their new SX game? Both coming out at the same time will probably divide the market and not in their favor.

I know I will probably be buying milestones game without even seeing game play of All out.Not too smart to be 'stoked' that one mx game developer would put another out of business. Competition between the two is what's driving them to make better games. The more competition, the more incentive for them to make major improvements. Wrote:Believe me. I’m a real Moto fan. Even worked in the industry for a summer.I’m NOT a fan of wasting money on a game that’s hardly playable and not as good as other options.Do you go out and buy every brand of bike because you’re a “real” fan or do you buy one brand of bike because it’s better than the other, or because you favor it?Your comment was ignorant, lol.the difference is if i only buy one bike, that stil leaves many others to buy the other bikes and in turn financially supporting those other companiesyou can’t compare that to the very few companies that make moto games.

If you don’t support one company because you’re too picky then they are going to go away from lack of support and funding.saying their games are hardly playable is a little much dont you think?your comparisons are horrible. It’s playable, but bad enough to make me not want to play it. I hope I am wrong, but the physics in Milestone's new game will not be as realistic as we all want (well at least flatout911 & myself). As I mentioned in an earlier post the scrub we are all seeing in the vids is a button combo much like a freestyle trick vs a technique that would be cool if it were hard to do and require much practice lending realism to the game. The hang time still appears to be too light and floaty like the MXGP series games.

With those points noted I do believe the bike looks to handle better on the ground in terms of acceleration, braking, and turning than the MXGP games. And of course the visuals are stunning. And they look to try and mimic every detail of the real riders, bikes and tracks as possible.I am going to buy both games and hope for the best. Wrote:Funny - I'm the same way with MX vs ATV.Bought the new MXGP, played it for about a month, and went back to MX vs ATV.The last MX vs ATV game I played was Alive. I tried Supercross Encore and it was so bad it was ridiculous. Way too 'arcady' and the rider looked goofy.

Good thing I didn't buy it.I played MXGP2 but haven't played MXGP3. I found that playing in 3rd person absolutely sucked as the rider looked way too goofy and the air physics were horrible but loved playing it in 1st person view. I didn't play it all the much but found that it was a little sluggish so wasn't that big of a fan of it. It seemed like it played slow.Personally I prefer playing in 3rd person so it's crucial that things looks right for me and both of those game didn't achieve that.I'm just curious to know why you ditched the MXGP games and went back to MX vs ATV?I'll be buying both games since I haven't played any MX games in years and I need a good one for my MX fix.Last thing are you on PS4, Xbox One or PC?

Just made the game that much better. For me honestly I like it more than Reflex. I don't get the whole Reflex 'cult' that is going on right now. It's as bad as the MX simulator cult. Reflex is so damn twitchy / touchy and just drives you bat shit crazy. Yeah once you get used to it or accept it for what it is it's better. Actually they are all good and bad in their own way.

I will for sure get both All Out and Milestone's.

THQ has announced the full track list for its upcoming open-world action title Saints Row 2. As was made popular by GTA, the game will feature a host of radio stations - 11 in total - each pumping out a selection of genre-specific tunes. General chaos.
